Chilled Overnight Pumpkin Oatmeal

  1. 3 Tbsp. pure pumpkin puree
  2. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  3. 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or almond or cow’s milk)
  4. pinch of salt
  5. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  7. 1 scoop MySmart™Shake Whey Base
  8. 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  9. 2 tsp. coconut sugar
  10. 1 cup oats
  1. Mix pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, and milk together in a medium bowl. Add in salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and the whey shake base. Stir in chia seeds, brown sugar, and oats.
  2. Pour, or spoon, into two half-pint Mason jars. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
