Cauliflower Rice

  1. • 1 head cauliflower, chopped coarsely
  2. • 1 onion, diced
  3. • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  4. • ¼ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
  1. 1. Process cauliflower in food processor until it becomes the
  2. texture of rice.
  3. 2. In a skillet sauté onions in coconut oil over medium heat.
  4. 3. When onions become translucent, add processed cauliflower to skillet.
  5. 4. Mix and cook until soft. Season with salt and other preferred
  6. seasonings to taste.
